Growing list of skills learnt from human experts

Artly’s robots are continuously learning a growing set of real-world skills by observing and training with human experts. From baristas and bartenders to chefs and service professionals, each skill is taught through motion capture, demonstrations, and AI-guided refinement, allowing the robot to replicate precise techniques with consistency and care.

These skills cover a wide range of actions, including:
* Grasping delicate items like eggs or grapes
* Pouring latte art with fluid motion
* Peeling fruit or slicing ingredients with a knife
* Garnishing drinks with flair
* Performing coordinated two-handed tasks
* Each skill is stored as a modular action unit that can be composed into larger task sequences by the Artly AGI Platform.

The more the robot learns, the more flexible and capable it becomes—able to adapt to new environments and workflows without retraining from scratch.By learning directly from experts, Artly ensures its robots don't just automate tasks—they inherit the craft, intention, and subtlety behind each action.

Pick Apple

The Bionic Hand equips Artly’s robots with the ability to perform fine-grained, human-like manipulation using a multi-fingered robotic hand. Unlike traditional grippers, which are limited to simple grasping, the bionic hand offers up to 20 degrees of freedom, enabling robots to grip, adjust, rotate, and control a wide variety of objects—just like a human hand.

Latte Art

The Latte Art Skill enables Artly’s Barista Bot to create beautiful, consistent latte art patterns, just like a professional barista. Trained using motion capture data from champion baristas, this skill allows the robot to precisely control milk flow, angle, and pouring speed—capturing the delicate techniques behind hearts, rosettas, tulips, and more.

Peel Orange

The Peel Orange Skill gives Artly’s robot the ability to carefully peel an orange to create a perfect citrus twist—an essential finishing touch for cocktails like the Old Fashioned. This skill combines visual recognition, precision cutting, and delicate manipulation to safely extract a clean, elegant peel from the fruit without damaging its shape or integrity.

Pick egg

The Pick Egg Skill allows Artly’s robot to gently identify, grasp, and relocate an egg without cracking or damaging it—demonstrating advanced sensitivity, control, and coordination. Eggs are one of the most fragile objects in food preparation, making this skill a clear benchmark for real-world dexterity.
